Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and ASO volcano, providing a quiet setting with a good sense of space. The rooms were a bit small for three people, but they were clean. The service was friendly, although dining was pretty basic and could use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent value for money, but keep in mind the room sizes if you're with a group.
My stay was quite an experience! The hotel is set in a great location, being just a 10-15 minute drive from the JR station, and it offers such beautiful views of the Nakadake volcano. The Japanese-style room was a bit snug for three people, but it’s clean and comfortable. The service was good, although they could have been more accommodating with bedding options. Dining options were decent, but I felt they could have provided a bit more variety. Overall, it was a nice experience for the price, particularly with the stunning scenery.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel which offered a very clean environment and incredibly friendly staff. The location was quiet, making it perfect for relaxation, but it was a bit far from action. The dining options were simple and could use some improvement, but overall, I found it to be good value for money.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic for exploring the Aso area, my experience had its ups and downs. The traditional tatami rooms were unique, but they felt a little cramped for three adults. I appreciated the friendly service from the general manager, but some staff seemed a bit annoyed with my polite inquiries. On the bright side, the breakfast was really good and featured fresh local ingredients, which I loved. Overall, it's a decent spot with great value for money, but there are areas that could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Aso range of mountains and fields. The service was excellent, as the staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience smooth. However, I did notice some rooms needed renovation, and the location was quite quiet at night, which could be a con for some. Overall, it was a great value for money.
